Why Study at CGICM?
CGICM offers supplementary programs for presently practicing Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners (R.TCMP in Canada or any internationally recognized designation). CGICM also offers workshops for Acupuncturists, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, doctors, and complementary medicine practitioners.
CGICM maintains a vision to broaden the knowledge base in TCM gynecological disorders and improve clinical results. Our specialized classes enhance effectiveness in clinical practice when treating women with reproductive system disorders.
Our training is Integrative. The Western and Chinese Medicine approaches are discussed and include definitions, etiology, pathology, diagnosis, and treatment. Together, these two approaches provide for a complementary and comprehensive program that covers all of the most commonly seen disorders today, ranging from menstrual disorders, to infertility, pregnancy disorders, menopause and beyond.
CGICM teaches courses based on the most up-to-date information available with complete and comprehensive course notes. Classes are taught through lecture, power point presentation, demonstration and an optional 10 hours of clinical observation.
At CGICM you’ll find a welcoming environment, complete with a gynecology and TCM reference library. We are also developing online courses and a Facebook members-only page for our graduates. Moderated by Yuxiang Wang, R.TCMP, this forum offers ongoing discussion and information sharing regarding TCM Gynecology and will be a place where Practitioners can post real case questions for support and discussion.

Those graduating with a TCM gynecology certificate will also be added to our practitioner locator page with links to their business websites etc.
All our workshops and courses are eligible for PDCs with the CTCMPAO and we are applying for accreditation with the NCCAOM.
