The internship program at the Canadian Gynecology Institute of Chinese Medicine offers new options to our clients. And our apprenticeship program saves you money. Fully trained and registered acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners completing an internship at our clinic will be available at a reduced rate.

Similar to community acupuncture done in a group setting, treatments with our interns grant you significant price breaks. Cheaper acupuncture means you can get more treatments on a budget while still receiving high quality complementary healthcare.

Prospective Interns:
The internship program lasts three months and is on a rolling basis. Accepted applicants might be placed on a waiting list for the next start date.
You must be a licensed acupuncturist or Chinese medicine practitioner to apply.
There is a fee of $1500 at the beginning of the program. This fee will be paid back to you through a monthly base salary of $500. You will also receive 60% commission from the treatments you administer and 40% from the herbal remedies you prepare. If the money you earn from commissions falls short of $500 at the end of the month, you will still be paid that amount of money, guaranteed.
